My almost 12 week old daughter is just under 11lbs and doesn’t want to eat. She is only eating less than a 2 oz every 3 hours and I have to press her to do it. We thought she had silent reflux, got her the meds and it helped a little, she stopped gagging and coughing, but I think we created a bottle aversion. She is formula fed. We switched her to the similac alimentum.
I bought the bottle aversion book and am reading now. I’m afraid if I follow her hunger cues she will barely eat. Getting her to 19 oz a day is a struggle. I have to pressure her and feed every hour.
Help! Did anyone try this method? How many days did it take?
