I ordered a ₹2000 razor set to my college hostel. Since it was delayed, I cancelled the order. I was told not to collect it if it arrived at the college.

At my college, parcels are usually placed at the delivery station near hostel security, and each delivery is recorded in a register. However, this item was never delivered there.

The issue is that the app shows the item as “delivered,” even though I did not receive it. I even went back to the college and waited to see if it would arrive later, but it never did.

How can I resolve this and get a refund? ₹2000 is not a small amount.
