Hey everyone,
Looking for an honest body fat estimate and some feedback on my progress over the last 10 weeks. I returned to gym after 1 year break.
Stats:
Height: 186 cm
Starting weight (photo 1): 82.5 kg
Current weight (photo 2): 81.3 kg
Routine:
3x full body workouts per week
~12k steps daily
I’ve been lifting consistently, staying in a slight calorie deficit, and keeping protein high. Strength has been mostly stable with a few small improvements.
Would really appreciate:
Current body fat % estimate
Whether this looks like decent progress for ~10 weeks
Any suggestions on what to adjust (cut harder, maintain, or lean bulk?)
