I reinstalled Synapse 3 on my PC, and now the app can’t connect to my headphones or control their colors. I found a workaround:

1. Pair the headphones with your phone via Bluetooth.
2. Install Razer "Audio" app on the phone and connect the headphones through it.
3. Open the “Chroma” settings in the app.

Even though the app offers limited customization for my specific headphones model, I can still adjust the colors and brightness. Once I set them, the headphones remember the settings after I disconnect from the phone, so they stay in effect even when I’m not using the mobile device.

Just a warning, its 50/50 this will work, it worked on my headphones but there might be a chance it wont work for others.
