Symptoms after reducing by 10mg?

Hey all! Has anyone else experienced things like consistent heart palpitations, irregular heartbeat, etc… after reducing citalopram?

I was on the medication for 5-6 years, I’ve recently reduced from 30mg to 20mg, and ever since then I’ve had heart palpitations constantly. My Apple Watch picks them up too, but I still get the result “sinus rhythm”.

Any advice welcomed! Thankyou!

I live in a HMO, so for my bedroom mini fridge daily restock, I refill some water bottles (and use my metal one) so I have plenty of cold crisp water throughout the day! Lovely stuff!

To think, a month ago, my fridge was full of fizzy drinks… I have now had 2 cans of fizzy in there for well over a week, untouched. Water though? Gulping away all day. I’m embracing the true hydro homie form now.
