Ambetter keeps denying me when I need to continue physical therapy. Is there anything I can do?
I have ambetter of Tennessee. Silver. I have not hit my yearly limit for physical therapy visits. I need to continue my care to get better. Ambetter keeps denying me. Is there anything I can do to get them to actually cover the care I need? I tried calling and hit a brick wall.
