So I had these earbuds for about a month, and they've been amazing, I have a pair of buds3 pro and while I liked the 4 a bit more, I've been having a problem for the past week or 2, so ANC now works a bit worse than the buds 3 pro (previously the buds4 pro were better) I can hear sounds a lot more through them, it's almost as if it's not active, and whenever I change to Ambient Sound nothing changes, voices and sounds are still mostly muffled while gaining a hiss sound only, I tried to reset them but it still doesnt work, i even got the new update and again nothing, now is this a firmware issue or an hardware issue? It's a shame as I loved these earbuds, want to use them again properly....
