Oven Baked Crispy Wings
Finally made some good homemade crispy wings. Mostly followed the recipe properly, forgot to leave them in the fridge uncovered overnight.
Out and pat dried first. Then dusted with a little bit of baking powder and salt. Oven at 450F, then 20 minutes, flip 20 more minutes.
Even skipping the overnight drying they still turned out super crispy and stayed that way with sauce and even the ones sitting for round two.
Sauces them with a mix of Applewood BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, maple syrup and sprinkled with pizza seasoning.
Best homemade wings I've ever done!
