I’m confused? Does he find me attractive but not interested enough to approach?
Okay there is this guy that I have noticed looking my way a lot and a few times I’ll catch him just looking at me when I look into a reflection. We make eye contact from the other end of a room a lot but up close he will be staring straight ahead. I have looked at him as he was talking to friends and he did a double take at me a few times. Then finally we just happened to be walking around the corner at the same time and we lock eyes for 3-5 seconds and it was like I was in a trance until I realized he was smiling with his jaw slightly open and I couldn’t help but smile back. After that he disappears and then when we do make eye contact now he turns away so fast and starts working on something or walks the other end of where we are. It’s like we finally made eye contact up close and now when I think today I have enough courage to say hi, he turns away from me.
I either think he doesn’t like me enough to want an interaction and just see’s me as eye candy or he is extremely shy. But he is so confident to look at me from afar and smile at me when he thinks I don’t notice (reflection or a friend notices). I have even noticed him talking to some friends of his and they seemed to look directly towards me as if he was talking about me. Also one time I was going down the steps and near the bottom there are tables. He was sitting there with a guy friend and he quickly looked at me, then his friend and his eyes got wide as if to signal oh shit thats her. What do you guys think?
