Male, fastest pace in 10k (7:40 average) pero nag 202 max rate ko nito at 9.5 km, 26 years old, 80 kg (92 ito nung January), 11.5 km ang longest run na di naglakad so far. 4 months committed to running

Hello! Asking this to those experienced runners out there. Started my running journey this January 2026. Medyo consistent naman ako sa runs, like 3-4 times a week. Haven’t done intervals training that much. More on basta matapos ko lang yung goal kong distance na tumatakbo. Tas adjust adjust lang sa bilis depende kung kaya pa o parang pagod na.

So this was my segments for my last run. Sa pakiramdam ko, mabagal bagal ako nito. Tho yung “mabilis” ko for myself is avg pace lang na 7:40.

Is my heart rate okay lang? Sabi kasi pag easy run dapat around 135 lang. Pero itong sakin, mataas. Should I slow down ba? Mahirap kasi and mabigat sa feeling for me. Or okay lang to continue this dahil bababa din ito eventually? Or may dapat ba akong magpatingin sa doktor or anywhere? Haha
