I have had pretty severe symptoms of both B12 deficiency and low ferritin with normal hemoglobin for many years. I have IBS (suspect mcas) and I do not eat a lot of meat.

B12 deficiency symptoms: extreme brain fog that causes problems with memory, tiredness, dizzy and presyncope, anxiety and pretty severe irritation and also bad sleep.

Ferritin symptoms: low energy, problems with heartbeat being high and reactive, restless legs and general wired feeling in body, very cold feet and hands or super hot and sweaty feet and hands.

My ferritin level is 31 ug/L.

My B12 level is 212 pmol/L.

My doctor does not at all listen to me when I say that I suspect those two being the reason behind probably a lot of my symptoms. She says I am within normal range so it cannot explain my symptoms.

I do not feel well at all. I am so exhausted and I do not have the energy to try and do my own research on what to do and what supplements to try. It feels like a jungle.

What do I do? Where do I start?
