i have two golden retrievers and i feel like im constantly fighting a losing battle. ive gone through 3 vacuums in the past two years and every single one ends up clogged within a few weeks no matter how often i clean the filter. the brush roller especially just turns into a giant hair ball and then the suction drops and im basically just pushing fur around the floor. at this point i don't even care about fancy features i just want something that actually handles the volume of hair without me having to stop every five minutes to pull clumps out of the roller. has anyone with heavy shedding dogs like mine found something that holds up long term? i heard the anti tangle brush rollers on some of the newer ones make a real difference but i don't know if that's actually true. not sure if cordless is worth it for this or if i need something with more consistent suction for the amount of hair im dealing with
