Hello! So my wife is an indie author and has been having problems with who she’s using for formatting, I’m thinking I could help her as I have a background in graphic design and print media specifically, but I’m not sure exactly what all a formatter does, as the most pages I’ve worked with is a trifold brochure. What’s a good place to start? I don’t want to bother her with this, she’s stressed enough with her books haha.
