Do I have incorrect tank parameters?

Do I have incorrect tank parameters?

The picture is of yesterdays water test before adding the shrimp. So I got my first shrimp yesterday. 10 cherry shrimp and 2 amanos. Today i found one of the amanos dead. This is my very first aquarium. I have a cheap 10 gallon planted tanks with spider wood and lava rocks. The tank is 6 weeks old and the water parameters havent changed since 4 week so I thought it was steady enough to add the shrimp. Ive had ramshorn snails in the tank for about 2 weeks. I added the 10 chrimp shrimp and 2 amanos to my tank at 2pm yesterday. I found the dead amano at 2pm today when the lights came back one. My tank parameters are:

Ph 8.2

Gh 7

Kh 4

Tds 230

Ammonia 0

Nitires 0

Nitrates 5ish (this bounces between 0-5, I assume because all of the plants).

I drip acclimated them for 1 hour until the water doubled. I fed them a single leaf of blanched spinach. Washed prior and ripped into little pieces. When i first added them i turned the light off and left it off for 24hours. Also removed the spinach after about an hour. Is there something i did wrong? Additionally, is my PH too high? I read many post on this sub that said 8.2 is fine for both and its more important that I keep it stable. I have RO water that I can add to drop the PH and mix it with tap water to maintain that during water changes.

Is hard for me to tell the coloring on the PH test am I like 7.2-7.4 or have I maxed out the normal ph and im at an 8 their both similar color.

Then side note is there an electronic ph reading that is accurate and will just tell me the ph?

I recently purchased 6 ramshorn snails, too go along with my minis. One of the snails i believe has lost all color and no longer has a pink body. Is this little one doing alright? The dark grey/brown skin color looks at little sickly compared to the rest. This one appears to be moving around and eating. Although possibly a bit slower than the rest.

It was baby's first aquascape. The valley is terrible to clean, I accidentally blasted it with the left over water from the siphon messed up the right side. It has mostly mixed in everywhere else around the valley. It was previously two separate layers. Please give opinion on the plants to i feel like I need more plants similar to the ludwigia. Im happy with the Limnophila and rotala.
