so i (an autistic system) have seen a few systems claim that one alter holds most of their autism symptoms, in some cases it wasn’t even a host or co host. i’m confused by this cuz i can understand alters/headmates having differences in certain symptoms and severities but im kinda lost on the idea of one alter or any non-(co)host holding most autism symptoms. especially since it’s a neurological condition and not a mental illness. in our experience we have never had an autism holder and kinda have a hard time understanding the possibility of it especially in the way i have described. if anyone can explain this concept further it is appreciated! now a bit ironically i am wondering if i am taking this too literally but yeah
