Female, 24 in two days, 1,68m, current and starting weight at 80kg, want to go down to 60kg, preferably 55kg, go to workout for an hour a week for now, depression makes it hard to engage.
Most calculators put my BMR around the 1500 mark but now I did an AI assisted full body scan and my BMR is actually around 1300kcal.
So my daily calorie goal of 1500kcal isn't even that much of a deficit. Fuck my life.
