HELP!

As stated, I'm trying to make a mod that removes as much of the trypophobia as possible. I'm facing two problems with this.

1: I feel like I'm doing it in the least efficient way possible, by going through in Smithbox to find the model names, then editing them and replacing them.

2: Some models are refusing to be replaced or even removed, no matter how hard I try.

Does anyone have any advice? Or a possible other solution? Thank you in advance.
