Anybody ever returned multiple parts? Website is instructing me to get a return label for all 4 parts despite arriving in the same box from the same warehouse…
Ordered 4 struts, initiated a turn so I could instead buy the full assembly. All 4 struts came in the same box I believe and same brand/warhouse. When I got my return label, it only lists 1 part as being returned, although on my rock auto account it says all 4 struts have the return initiated.
Do I just send them all 4 struts and hope they figure it out? Any advice?
