I have ECS playing basketball internationally in thailand and coming second in CBSE clustures. No other EC in international stage

Was wondering if its possible for a branch in computers with grant?

I know that applications have closed but is it possible to change my application from applying with MOE grant to without? The branch im going for is really competitive so idk if I can get in with grant.
