An odd gamesharing question, will accounts stay linked?

This is probably gonna be a unique one, but hopefully someone has either gone through something similar enough to point me towards a solution.

Several years ago, a good friend and I set up gamesharing between our xboxes. We built up a pretty sizeable shared collection as you could imagine, and even after his Xbox went through some kind of cataclysmic crash and he opted to instead buy a PC instead of repairing it, the link between our accounts endured and anytime he buys into a month or two of gamepass, I still get access as well, so all’s well.

Here’s where it gets complicated- my partner has an Xbox one that predates our relationship. She really only uses it for fortnite, however she did get very interested and asked to play some of Blue Prince when I played it last summer and recently expressed interest in playing it again on either a fresh save or her own profile. Obviously, she could just borrow my Xbox and fill her boots (I do the majority of my gaming on either PlayStation or switch 2 at the moment) but I’m thinking more long term:

She and I are going to be moving in together in the very near future and I’m wondering if there’s even a point in her keeping that old Xbox one- could we theoretically sign in her account on my Series X, download fortnite for her, and get rid of the XB1 without screwing up my gamesharing link to my friend’s account? And furthermore, would she be able to access anything that I’ve purchased on her profile? Cheers everyone
