Can someone explain the reason why 9.00 would be better than 11 or 12?
Is it just that a lower firmware lets you jb faster/easier? Or are the capabilities of older firmware better once its modded, like could you emulate more systems or do more things with it? Ty.

What’s the best version to get a PS4 on, is there one that lets you do more stuff than others? Also which is the most stable? Are you able to downgrade/upgrade to a specific version?
