Hello, I've been having my pc crush lately so I tried running a Memtest86 and it has been stuck as pict shown for over 1h. I have 16gb*2 ram sticks, does this mean one of them is faulty?

I've finally got my pc and was quite happy until I realised there was nothing to be happy about. I've been playing AC Shadows, Starfield, Vampire the masquerade bloodlines 2 and they all crash to desktop at random times and I don't understand why.. Sometimes my pc straight out reboots while playing. I went through the check files integrity, Nvidia app doesn't seem to have drivers to upgrade, MSI center says system is 35°. What do you guys think could be the reason?
Specs:
Cpu: I9 14900KF
Mb: MSI Z790 WIFI
Ram: 32 Gb (16*2) ddr5
Gpu: RTX 3060 (12GB)
And the Ssd has over 3TB of free space.
