Hello all! This is my first time repairing any console so was just looking for some guidance/tips. Recently purchased this xbox from a yard sale that sadly does not turn on. When I plug in the power cord it actually sizzles and produced a little smoke.

Opening it up I only noticed 5 caps on the motherboard bulging with 3 out of the 5 starting to leak. On the other board where the power plugs into does not have any visible damage nor are there any visible cracks on the backside.

I’m assuming after replacing those 5 caps it may work again? Please let me know if I’m missing something. Pictures attached. Thank you.
