Need to get diagnosed.
I know I have ADHD all my life but I have never been officially diagnosed. My ADHD is not debilitating but it’s having a negative impact on my life.
How do I get evaluated and diagnosed? Do I go to my primary care physician or do I need to see a psychiatrist or some other medical professional?
