

So I ordered a Pre-Workout supplement from GNC on April 29, 2025. Package arrived on May 2 and I was hyped to finally try it - except when I opened the box, it had Creatine Monohydrate inside. A completely different product I never ordered or wanted.
Here's the thing - The packaging clearly shows my name, my order details, GNC's branding - and the wrong product inside. It's all on tape.
What happened when I contacted support:
• Reached out to customer support immediately - they refused to process a replacement or refund
• Called them directly - same answer, flat refusal
Showed them the unboxing video proof - still refused, no valid reason given
I paid Rs. 1,099 for a pre-workout and received a product I didn't ask for. This feels like a textbook case of a fulfillment error that they're just stonewalling instead of fixing.
Has anyone dealt with GNC India doing this? Did they eventually resolve it or did you have to escalate?
