Well as the title sais, Im addicted to porn, masturbate 1-2 times a day and usually have sex at night with the wife, sometimes I feel to tired and just end with my hand.

Has anybody else gone through this and saw any improvement after quitting porn and masturbation? Tell me about it.

I know I have a problem, I would love to quit.

I have quit smoking for 7 years.

Weed for 1 year but porn is so hard,
