Hi! My family of 4 - me, husband, 13yo son, 15yo daughter - are hoping to go to PR next February. I am looking for recommendations for where to stay. I have friends who have stayed at the El Conquistador resort and loved it (they just returned). I am also seeing a lot of great condo options through VRBO/AirBnB. Here's what I'm hoping for from our trip:

- not a clubbing/nightlife scene

- near enough to San Juan that it's easy to go spend the day

- Teen friendly activities easy to plan

- safe walkable beach access

- pool

- under $500 per night is preferable
