I’ve been currently work as a Member Host for a few months. There has been a ex member host now team lead constantly telling me to take out the one earbud that I have in my ear but I’m not the only one on front end that wears them. I feel like I’m being singled out from her for no reason because I haven’t heard her say it to anyone else. The other team leads don’t say anything to me about them either. So how should I go about the situation?

Edit: I’m using it for Zello. I only have one earbud in I’m not wearing both. Today I was at the exit door the whole day so there shouldn’t have been an issue with me having it in I wasn’t on the register.
