[HELP REQUEST] No SKSE co-saves (.skse) files created.
Hello, about one and a half week ago I got back to modding skyrim. When I was nearly done with the mod list I encountered a problem that I could not solve, my game would not create skse co-saves when saving. It has happened after I installed Faster Cell Lookup and disabling this mod did not help in any way. I can start a new game then play normally for however I want but loading a save is either a instant crash or the game is stuck loading for around 5 minutes before it finally crashes.
After some troubleshooting I discovered that the skse co-saves are missing. SKSE logs stopped printing "creating co-save" line and nothing I did helped after that. Finally I gave up and start a new install, everything fresh. I reinstalled skyrim, deleted all leftovers and worked on the new mod list for about a three days when it happened again, I was in the middle of installing BFCO move sets and when testing I could not load new saves. By this time I figured that Faster Cell Lookup could not be the problem as it was in the new mod list for a day or two ruling out it as the culprit. After slamming my head for few hours on the desk I still can't figure it out. I even tried some desperate things like compiling SKSE in debug mode, modifying it to force create co-save on save (which created the .skse file but it still crashed when loading the save), things like that. The problem is probably obvious but I can't find it.
Version: Skyrim AE 1.6.1170, no onedrive and windows defender is completely disabled (no other antivirus, also please not ask why)
Mod list and load order (modified Skyrim25 wabbajack list).
For the record a crash log is not always generated so this one is not from the same time frame as the skse64 logs. I checked with Microsoft ProcMon and it does not even show a attempt from the game to create .skse file.
