Signed up for my first 5k!
I’m training for my first 5k. I have never been a runner, but a broken heart will do things to ya! Decided to start running and am currently on week 3 of my c25k. I feel a little silly telling people I’m training for a 5k. I feel like a half marathon is so much more respected when you tell people you are training for something. Any advice to not feel silly about this? I know it’s goofy — idk why I’m so hung up on it.
I’m the same breadth… what is a a good 5k time for a late 20sF?
