Hii i am reaching out to you regarding a confusion arise from mext preliminary form filling, i have shortlisted the course and universities but what should i write in the column of professor as in the guidelines it's explicitly mentioned not to contact them before clearing the prelims also if i list some random prof and after reject me i can't approach other prof from same uni i searched everywhere and got different results if you can share your view point on this , willl be very beneficial for me(india)
