Hey guys ill try to explain my problem if someone had same issue as me and can give advice.
Started with calisthenics around 8 months ago, and long story short recently i started working out more often, around 5 times a week, and with higher volumen. With this regime i started packing more muscles but in the same time started belly/gut problems, usually pain and discomfort.
Is it possible that stress caused by working out mess up digestive system and gut health. Or it was already there but now is manifesting.
