Hey all,
I’ve just started my first tray and was wondering if anyone has tips on balancing food, drinks, and sports.
Now that it’s spring and road bike season is back, I’m doing longer rides where I need electrolytes and snacks to keep my energy up and maintain a decent pace. I’m definitely not a pro, but long enough rides that fueling matters.
Has anyone found a good routine for managing this?
