I’m trying to work out whether this sounds like the dose being too high for me.

On 20mg, I actually felt really good:

- motivated / productive

- positive outlook on life

- calmer mentally

- able to focus

- it wore off around lunchtime, but I could live with that

Since moving to 30mg, I feel completely different:

- much more emotionally intense

- crying / tearing up easily

- dark thoughts and feeling overwhelmed

- obsessively glued to my phone

- impulsive texting / relationship spiralling

- struggling to focus at work and making silly mistakes

- feeling wired but somehow less in control

It almost feels like 20mg lifted me up, whereas 30mg has tipped me into overstimulation / emotional chaos.

Has anyone experienced that? Did it settle after a few days, or was it a sign the dose was too high?

I am considering purchasing a bib from a Hackney Half runner who has dropped out. We are different genders and ages completely I am wondering if they check bibs against ID on the day?
