Dear Senior Recruiters,

Curious, I am a founder trying to find out what's challenging both from a recruiter's standpoint and a job-seeker's standpoint in hiring/applying for jobs.

I have 3 questions for you:

  1. Do you use an ATS system to screen CVs, if yes, what are your biggest frustrations, if any, with ATS systems?

  2. How do you use AI, if at all, in hiring? Can you explain and show with a concrete example please?

  3. What would you dream of in the future of hiring and what do you hate about hiring today? Would love a concrete example of both if possible.

Thank you for contributing to make the world a better place!

And this within 6 months of graduation! I personally doubt it. If it's based on a sample, that sample is definitely not representative I think of the whole cohort. I mean, at least, even if it's true, I don't think that's a justification to keep the status quo system of university -> insane job market the same as it is today. What do you think?

What is the single most frustrating part about applying for internships right now? Is it the CV screening, the interviews, or finding the open roles?
