Holding down the smiley face in 9X/3.1 MS Minesweeper just stops time (tested on 95/3.1), no matter where you move your cursor, as long as LMB is still held down after initially pressing on the icon. It's such a weird quirk, would anyone know why this happens? Is it intentional or just a bug?
