Honestly, I've never been a big fan of Rec Room; I'd only played it a few times. However, when I learned it was shutting down on June 1st, I immediately threw myself into earning the remaining achievements. Everything went smoothly until the "Rec Roomer II" achievement, which required me to reach level 50, which, given the limited time remaining and the daily limit of 150 XP, was mathematically impossible. I realized this when I reached level 40, when it started asking for 1,060 XP per level, and that alone takes about two months, which wasn't possible. So, since I didn't want (and still don't want) to spend a fortune on temporary XP Boosts (which, honestly, are a terrible idea), I asked on the official Rec Room subreddit (r/RecRoom) if anyone could lend me their level 50 account, and luckily I found a good Samaritan who lent me his account and allowed me to unlock the last achievement.
In summary: the game has never really attracted me, it has nice features but never anything too interesting. As for the achievements, it is clear that in this game they were created to be lasting and, above all, exhausting to obtain, especially those related to leveling, which makes sense since the game was designed as a lasting project and not as something that lasts only a few months, however I believe Really horrendous the XP Boost system, which cost a lot if proportional to the few things they give in return.
