I have 8 Dye Works supplying three Toga makers, which are bottlenecked because they don’t get enough dye. The population is 20k for the island, and togas remain almost entirely unfulfilled.

I have hundreds of tonnes of raw material (seashell), and the Dye Works are not held up by warehouses. Each one has ample space to load and unload, and they generally work at 100%.

Are Dye Works supposed to suck this bad? If I expand to 30k, will I need 14-18 Dye Works on a single island??

Anyone got any advice? How do you get around their extremely lacklustre production?
