Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment at Driftwell Apartments on Old Fairhaven PKWY (takeover starting July 1st). Pictures are from the website with the last being my current furnishings in the living area. I lived here all through my Masters program at WWU.
- Rent: $1,950/month
- Utilities: Billed through the apartment (no separate accounts needed), but not included in rent
- Lease Term: Through January (management is flexible with extensions)
- Parking: Covered (and uncovered) parking available (optional—I currently pay for a spot though not necessary)
- Pets: Pet-friendly
Apartment Features:
- High ceilings
- Great natural light (especially in the afternoon)
- Modern, clean unit
- Gym with machines and some free weights
- Optional storage spaces (I don't have one but they may be available)
- Excellent sound proofing (I only ever hear footsteps occasionally, no voices)
- In unit washer and dryer as well as dishwasher

- Very close to Western Washington University
- Bus stop right outside—super convenient
- Minutes from Fairhaven Historic District (shops, restaurants, waterfront)
- Short walk to Connelly Creek trail system and Interurban trail
