Sales specialist minimum ticket requirement

Is there any confirmed recent cases of someone being denied their bonus because of not meeting the minimum ticket size? I have been in specialty for 4 months, and the three months I have been eligible for the bonus I have maxed. My fellow Millwork department specialist says my department should never do tickets under 200. Flooring says never under 300, despite the fact that their SPH is lowe than ours usually. My department supervisor said 500 is the minimum to shoot for. The person I trained with in another store for millwork when I first got the job let at least 8 separate exterior doors at a minimum of 270 walk to be checked out because "it wasn't enough".

I'm just looking for some community-supplied guidance e on this one because everyone seems to have a different answer. Is there truly a minimum ticket size or is it a minimum AVERAGE ticket? I found a piece of documentation that says there is a minimum, but that number is not disclosed purposefully.

I have done a handful of transactions under 200 and have been fine each time with nobody bringing up anything. A $170 storm door, caulk, and a pack of shims is still under $200, but should we not be encouraged to... SELL the stuff in our department? It's confusing LOL
