New Core One owner, came to the printer after an overnight print (with supports and brim), what happened here? Textured bed.

So my Luba 2 has started to charge erratically.

This, I think, started sometime two weeks ago. When returning to the base station, it takes two or three attempts to enter the station, although it stands perfectly on the first attempt. It even charges for a few seconds, then exits the charging station and retries.

When it finally makes contact, it will charge to around 35 or 40ish percent, then switch off charging and sit on standby. If I wiggle a bit on the mower, it will resume charging for a couple seconds or a minute, then stop again.

However, it occasionally charges up to 100 percent - for example it did so today. And I think it did this after I relocated the base (although it hadn't actually moved). After running a mowing session, it went back into the base and now it sits at 46%, not charging any further.

What I tried:

  • Power cycled the base station
  • Measured voltage between the prods of the base station: 25.2VDC
  • used different wall outlet for the power adaptor
  • removed the base station from its location, put it on concrete (to exclude uneven ground)
  • cleaned both the IR receiver on the robot and the base station
  • Relocated the base station multiple times
  • Powered the robot down, pulled the security key and restarted the robot

The robot is still under warranty by Mammotion, but I'd really like to resolve this without sending it for RMA. I don't think that the battery (246 cycles), the power adaptor or the base station are defective because they sometimes *do* charge.

Any ideas?

Jemand Infos?

Vielen Dank schonmal.
