I own a razer blackshark v2 x, and for most of the time I've had it I've had some audio missing from my left ear. I hear most of whatever's playing just fine but some parts of audio (whether it be a specific instrument or footsteps in games or whichever else) simply only play in my right ear.

I'm using the standard listening mode (no emulated 7.1 surround sound through razer software), and I've tried other cables to no avail. All drivers are up to date and even razer support haven't really been of much help. The only "fix" I've found was to enable mono audio but that's obviously not very ideal for a stereo headset. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Regardless thank you in advance for any answers.
