My Writer'sClub Discord Community
Disclaimer: ok Not sure if I use the right flair for this so please let me know if i need to change it. I would welcome any feedback on how to improve this post if needed.
I saw another post about their discord community on here as well so I figured It was okay on here If I'm wrong I'll be happy to take this down since I'm still learning the rules I've gone over the rules but still not a hundred percent sure on everything due to being new.
Anyway I have a discord community called the Writer'sClub It's For writers of all skill level I'm currently building a group of specialist people who specialize in certain areas of writing No this is not mean that they have a degree in writing but these are people who have written long enough to be really good in one area of writing.
The goal is to bring writers readers together to help educate and to provide resources to those who may struggle in finding them or even attaining them for people like me who add struggle with this for most of her life due to the fact of being introverted and not really knowing what is a good resource and what isn't over time I have been able to attain some books However I haven't always been this lucky and now I want to help people who are in the position that I used to be and help them attain this information through mentorship or shared resources.
This includes specialists that specialize in one area of writing and beta readers who are willing to volunteer their time freely to Read through your works and give you feedback to help you improve your craft. Not only that but my community has also partnered with other writing communities and are willing to put out more partnerships with other writing communities to create a multi writing hub that can interconnect and bring resources from all areas of discord and allow people to expand their knowledge in ways through the communities that are willing to work together in order to help each other and help those less fortunate than ourselves We are looking for people who are interested in writing or even if you are a reader who would like to learn about the writing process or even possibly become a beta reader In order to help others all we ask is that those who join are respectful and willing to take the responsibility of mentorship seriously.
Those who agree to do a partnership with us such as those who run other discord communities are offered a position on the council in order to give their community a voice When the new guidelines are added His community is not just open to writers but all areas of storytelling process including artwork as well as poetry songwriting and other areas If you specialize in something that we do not have a tag for already I am more than willing to create new titles and new chat rooms upon request Cuz to me my writing community isn't just my own but it is belongs to the members that have given their time and effort into help growing this community to make it Even better than it was when it first started I would love to have you Don't matter your skill level or knowledge level All are welcome and no matter what your questions are welcomed as well even if you think it might be silly.
