Exhausted from work, getting worse at CS2, and ending up depressed. How do older/working gamers cope?

Hey everyone, I just need to vent a bit and see if anyone has been in the same boat.

By the end of the day, after hours of managing operations, dealing with team issues, and making decisions, my brain is completely fried. I've always used CS2 as my daily evening escape to unwind and have some fun.

But lately, I’ve hit a massive wall. I find myself getting worse and worse. My reaction time feels like it's in slow motion, my crosshair placement is completely sloppy, and I'm losing aim duels I used to win easily. Instead of feeling relaxed after a few matches, I just end up slumped in my chair, staring at the screen, feeling incredibly frustrated and depressed.

What is happening to me? Is this just mental fatigue? Has anyone else experienced this exact feeling? More importantly, how do you guys get your groove back and actually feel "alive" again in the game after a demanding workday?

Any advice on mindset, routines, or just coping with this would be hugely appreciated.
