This communication is good to see! In the comments though, fl0m asked if the update will be ready in a few hours' time, to which CS2 replied "Yes.".
I'm guessing they'll delay it if anyone submits any game-breaking bugs, and release it if they don't? Can't see how they'll be able to find and fix bugs that quickly otherwise.
