What's up guys? I bought this ROUGH looking AT LP60XBT for $10 from a local seller who by the looks of it thought nothing about taking care of their personal property. No belt, no power cable, no dust cover, no cartridge/stylus.

I got a belt in it, used my power cable from my AT 120xbtusb, and confirmed that it could power on, spin, and connect to Bluetooth. I have a replacement stylus on the way. Problem is; the automation makes the tonearm move in the opposite direction before going in towards the record. The tonearm rest would make sure it doesn't go the opposite direction before going inward. For now, I can stop it with my hand to make the automation work correctly. Is there any way to attach anything to the tonearm rest to stop the tonearm from going away from the center of the turntable?

Sorry in advance if this is hard to follow.
