Downsides of using apparel woven as breezy curtains?
I think the opposite has been asked often, but I'm eyeing up this deadstock silk jacquard for lightweight, breezy curtains that still let light through when the sun hits it. The weight seems appropriate, but it's marketed as apparel fabric. Is there a potential downside I'm not considering? Would it maybe start getting baggy or wonky with 11 foot ceilings? It seems stable and tightly woven in the video, no stretch. It's beige so I'm not so concerned with fading from the sun.
