Ive been quite lucky, my skin is pretty good and I look reasonable for me age. I've never smoked and never really liked the sun but my skin care routine has been non existent all my life. I wash my face with water only because soap is too harsh. wear makeup only on special occasions and I just wash it off with water when I do.

Anyway I'm 59 now and looking a little bit saggy and kinda dull looking. It's the aging process but I don't like it. So today I looked up what I should be doing and feel pretty silly for not doing anything until now.

Off I went to the shops and with chat gpt as my handy research tool I bought some stuff.

  1. SPF50 for my face. It's Boots own brand and has moisturizer too. I'm going to use this every day from now on ( wish I started this years ago I suppose)

  2. retinol night serum. It's Neutrogena retinol plus boost. I'm starting off twice a week at first.

  3. a vitamin c serum to brighten

  4. I've got a red light led soft face mask thing. It has blue led lights too but I don't need them because my skin is clear. I'll use that every other day.

Ok that's it. What do you think. Did AI guide me correctly? Is there anything I need to know about these products and have I missed anything?
