Hello po! Plan ko na magpa-check up ASAP kasi pagod na ako sa nararamdaman ko—parang lagi akong naka-survival mode. Saan mas okay mag-start, psychologist or psychiatrist? Any NowServing recos po? Thank you 😭

For context: F23, irreg college student. Severe anxiety na naaapektuhan na daily life and school. Kahit lumabas or mag-commute mag-isa, nagkaka-anxiety ako (lalo digestive issues + nausea), minsan panic attack pa. I wasn’t like this before pandemic.

I also suspect ADHD (hirap mag-focus kahit motivated, laging pagod), and diagnosed ako with hyperthyroidism. Ilang years na akong ganito and I feel stuck. Matagal ko na gusto magpa-check up pero ayaw ng parents ko. This time, balak ko na talaga silang pilitin since wala pa akong sariling income and nahihirapan din akong mag-function because of this.
