After 8 years of playing STW on a daily basis, spending thousands along the way, including being a crew member since it was first available, Epic have set my account to inactive and will give me no explanation as to why. Not only have they taken my favourite game away from me, but they have completely locked me out of every game I ever purchased via this rip off platform. 100s of games I lawfully purchased that I no longer have access to.
I have sent them lots of info to prove it is my account, even though you can't even contact them from an inactive account, so I had to do that via a newly created account (utterly dumb and cowardly). All I got back was a generic response stating they could not help due to their "evalutation of the account". How can they get away with doing this with no explanation or appeal process available to me?
